Shipping policy

Where we ship

Our rubs and sets ship within Australia, to every state and territory. Our T-shirts also ship to New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Mexico. We do not ship anywhere else at the moment.

Australia

Standard shipping is a flat A$9.95 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders of A$90 or more. Express is A$19.95 on any order with rubs or sets. There is no postcode surcharge and no handling fee: the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay. We ship rubs and sets with Australia Post.

T-shirts

Our T-shirts are printed to order and ship in their own parcel. In Australia their shipping is free: a T-shirt adds nothing to the shipping of your order, whether it travels alone or with rubs. To New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Mexico, T-shirt shipping is a flat A$10.

Tax

Prices on this site are shown without tax. Any GST that applies to your order is worked out at checkout and shown there, before you pay. For orders within Australia, your total on that page is the total you are charged. T-shirts sent outside Australia may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country, which the carrier can collect on delivery.

Dispatch and tracking

Rubs and sets are dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia. T-shirts are printed to order and shipped by our print partner. You get one email confirming the order, and a second email when it ships, with tracking when the carrier provides it.

If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged

Write to contact@brzfood.com.au with your order number and we will chase it. Rubs are shelf stable and travel well, but if a jar arrives damaged or leaking, our refund policy covers it and we do not need the jar back.
